Can we retain aspects of our current ERP that we’re happy with?
Definitely! Our goal is to enhance your existing ERP. You can carry over any elements you like, such as page layouts or map legends. We believe the plan is most effective when it works for you.
Do you look after ERP distribution and printing?
Yes, we take care of both the distribution and printing of your ERP materials, whether digital or hard copy. We also track each manual and distribution item and ensure acknowledgment of receipt from all relevant stakeholders, following up as needed.
Training & Exercises
Will the exercises and training be customized to our ERP, or are they generic?
Our approach is tailored to your specific ERP. We believe the most effective training occurs on-site with your responders, using their actual tools and resources. Exercise development takes place in three phases: Discovery (you review and approve the scenario and objectives), Execution (we deliver the exercise), and After-Action Report (we provide a detailed report with recommendations, feedback, and participant debrief).
