TRACEY MARTINO

Tracey has worked in fire service leadership for over 14 years and is currently the Executive Officer for Mississauga Fire & Emergency Services.  In her current role, she is responsible for strategic/master planning, risk assessment, key performance reporting, data analysis, long term capital budgeting and corporate reporting. In this role she has worked on station location studies, station mapping, and has helped to secure funding for new fire infrastructure and resourcing.  Tracey also has experience in business and financial analysis, as well as long term strategic planning. 

Tracey has also authored three Fire Master Plans and was a leader in the development of Mississauga Fire & Emergency Services’ first Comprehensive Risk Assessment, which has been used by many municipalities as a template and is currently being updated.

Tracey furthers her experience and skills by consulting for Behr working on a variety of fire and emergency service-related projects and reviews.
