With more than three decades of experience in the fire, emergency services, safety, and rescue, Isaac has a wealth of knowledge to offer. His extensive experience in providing technical advice and managing projects for communities and industrial facilities across Canada gives him the skills and knowledge to easily transition between industries.

Isaac has managed projects and provided technical advice on fire service and public safety matters for numerous Canadian communities with populations ranging from 500 to 1.2 million as well as industrial facilities such as mining sites, oil and gas, transportation, manufacturing, construction, forestry, and department of national defense. Some of these projects include fire service master plans and operational reviews, and emergency management programs.

Some of Isaac’s notable clients include the City of Calgary, City of Airdrie, City of Yellowknife, Resort Municipality of Whistler, City of Kamloops, City and County of Grande Prairie, City of Red Deer, City of Markham, City of Barrie, Portage la Prairie, Middlesex Centre, Pembina Pipeline, Inter Pipeline Ltd., Canadian Natural Resources, Husky Energy, Imperial Oil, Suncor Energy, and Shell Canada.

Isaac continues to be an active member of numerous national associations related to municipal and industrial emergency response and management.
